The Red Sea has the perfect mix of fantastic diving and spectacular tourist sites and is rich in cultural history. Egypt caters for both divers and non divers alike and is a great option if you have people in the group that have different ideas about what they want to do on their holiday.
Diving... Below the surface of the crystal blue Red Sea is a diverse and rich ecosystem for you to explore. It lies between Asia and Africa which brings in warm tropical waters which are home to over a thousand species of fish, two hundred species of soft and hard corals and forty four species of sharks. This varied marine life is partly due to the huge expanse of coral reef that runs along its coast.
As well as offering some of the most spectacular diving in the world it also offers a huge variety of diving. The miles of glorious coral reef, numerous wrecks and truly vast array of life. From tropical fish, turtles, and large pelagics such as whale sharks, hammerheads, oceanic white tips to the tiny animals like multicoloured nudibranchs and sea horses, there is plenty on a divers bucket list to tick off.
There really is something for every level of diver, so if you are completing your open water or are an experienced tech diver the diving in the Red Sea really is something that you need to experience.
